Questions before you go

Does my phone support eSIM, and what if it doesn't?

Check your exact model in our eSIM phones list; it also needs to be carrier-unlocked. If your phone has no eSIM, our eSIMs won't work on it, so buy a physical SIM when you land.

Why buy from us instead of an airline or OTA eSIM?

Every plan shows a clear price in USD before you pay, your QR code arrives by email after your payment is confirmed, and you can email admin@kovitel.com if you need help.

When do I get my eSIM?

Your QR code is sent by email after your payment is confirmed. It scans only once, so keep the email.

Do I need to turn on Data Roaming?

On Travel eSIMs, yes: turn it on for the eSIM line only (no extra charge on our plans). Each plan page tells you what to switch on. How to turn on Data Roaming.

Do I get a phone number?

Most of our plans are data only. Each plan page says clearly if a phone number is included.

Why is the price at checkout in a different currency?

Prices on this site are in USD. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.

What if my eSIM doesn't work?
